Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer

Position Requirements
- Competent in Fault Finding with good problem-solving skills
- Ideally live within 20 to 25 miles of Pershore
- City & Guilds F-Gas 2079 registered
- Compliant with Health & Safety legislation
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 42.5 hours standard week – 8 am to 5 pm (Mon-Fri)
- Call out 1 in 6
- IPAF
- DBS disclosure background check
Responsibilities and Duties of the role
This role interests anyone with at least 4 to 5 years of experience in refrigeration breakdown fault finding and installation experience.
An experienced candidate would be eligible to take on a role that can assist in overseeing and managing within the Service department supporting the Managing Director.
We are open to someone who wants to progress in this role or who already has experience in this role, so all levels of experience are of interest to us.
To have experience in the installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems would be a distinct advantage.
As a business, we cover the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment within commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning settings such as factories, food processing plants, distribution warehouses covering compressor packs, condensing units, water chillers, cold-rooms, and fresh produce temperature-controlled systems. Air conditioning within offices, restaurants, hotels and education establishments installing AC splits, VRV/VRF Systems, AHUs and ventilation.
The work is interesting and variable, with most days offering a different challenge with no continuous work on contracts, either locally or away.
